Important Refund Information for Our Customers:
When a contract is correctly terminated, and there is no dispute, The Closing Agent (TCA) will process the deposit refund within five (5) business days from the date the funds are received in our account. Your refund will be sent using the ACH platform. Please be aware that the $11.00 convenience fee is non-refundable. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to assist you throughout the process.

ACH Deposit Limits: Please note that ACH deposits are subject to a maximum limit of $10,000. Multiple deposits exceeding this amount are not allowed. For amounts surpassing $10,000, we require the use of a traditional bank wire transfer. Feel free to reach out to us for further details and assistance.
Account Type Restrictions: This service is exclusively available for United States checking accounts. Please refrain from using savings, brokerage, or other account types, as doing so may result in the rejection or delay of your transaction.
Service Provider: The Online Check Deposit Portal service is offered in partnership with Payload, LLC. An $11.00 convenience fee will be applied to the total deposit amount during the checkout process.
